All teams must follow the requirements to help run Touch smoothly

  • Everyone over 14 is required to scan in using the displayed QR Code or fill in the paper copy ( please arrive a few minutes earlier than usual

  • Sanitise on your way to the grounds

  • Do not mingle with people from a different field

  • Enter through the gate marked ENTRY

  • After your game, you are required to leave the grounds quickly. Sadly we can’t have people staying behind for a drink

  • NO SPECTATORS AT THE GAMES. We cannot keep under our 100 people requirement if there are spectators.

If your game is at 6:45pm or 7:30pm you have to wait for the previous round players to exit the grounds before you enter. Please wait by the entry gate

This may be needed for contact tracing and is a must. If you haven’t filled in your team sheet electronically, you will be given a paper copy  on Wednesday /Thursday to be completed this week.

Finally- we are all volunteers who love the sport of Touch. Please do not take your frustrations of following these rules out on the referees or on Eleri when she runs the module.

Anyone being abusive will be banned from playing the following week.
